Grant-in-Aid

The SUNY Orange Foundation offers Grant-in-Aid Financial Assistance to students who need help with tuition, books or child care costs, are ineligible for Federal or State Aid and have demonstrated financial need. The awarded amount is based on individual circumstances, but cannot exceed $1,000 in any academic year. 

Who can apply: Continuing full-time or part-time students who have applied for Federal and/or State Financial Aid and have been determined ineligible based upon Federal and/or State criteria, but who have demonstrated financial need, are welcome to apply. Currently enrolled students must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0. 

 

All applicants will be notified via email of any decisions that are made. If awarded, student will receive an email from the SUNY Orange Foundation with additional information.
